Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, any pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and accumulated bonus balances will be forfeited.

3.3 Prohibited Account Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fbajje platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension without prior notice:

• Using any automated system, bot, script, or software to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or miscalculated odds — any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be reclaimed.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

Prior to closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed back to your registered payment method. Accounts subject to active bonus wagering requirements may have those requirements assessed before the final withdrawal is processed. 4.4 Rejected or Failed Transactions
